This product series is designed to maintain power supply during a fire for a certain period, ensuring enough time to activate fire extinguishing systems, smoke exhaust, ventilation, and evacuate people safely. This helps minimize casualties and property damage. Ohory Electric's fire-resistant busbars are primarily used in high-rise buildings, critical control centers, subways, and other high-traffic public areas or locations with stringent fire safety requirements.

Applications and Technical Specifications

The fireproof busbar is suitable for 3P4W and 3P5W power supply and distribution systems, with rated voltage below 660V, rated current from 250-5000A, and a frequency of 50-60Hz. The busbar’s outer shell is sprayed with a fire-resistant coating, which begins to foam and expand within 3-5 minutes of a fire, forming an insulation layer. This layer increases thermal conductivity, effectively reducing heat transfer. All performance indicators of the fire-resistant coating used in this busbar meet national standards.

Durability and Environmental Features

To ensure fire resistance, the phase separation block and joint separation block are made of high-temperature resistant ceramic materials. The ceramic’s excellent stability prevents insulation material aging, significantly extending the busbar’s service life. Additionally, the fireproof busbar emits no toxic gases during a fire, and there is no risk of secondary combustion, making it a next-generation environmentally friendly electrical product.

The busbar features a flexible plug-in interface, allowing for easy branch current extraction.
