Technical specification for busbar grooves
The product is a dense insulated busbar trough, the specific technical specifications are as follows:
one Standards and requirements.
l) National Standard (GB7251.L-2005) Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part 1: Type test and partial type test equipment
2) National Standard (GB7251.2-2006) "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part 2: Special Requirements for bus trunk system (busbar trough)"
3) National standard (GB 4208-1993) Shell protection grade (IP code)
4) National standard (GB5585.1-1985) "Electrical copper, aluminum and its alloy bus bar Part I: General Provisions"
5) Machinery industry standard (JB/T 9662-1999) "Dense insulated Bus Trunk System (Dense insulated Bus Groove)"
6) International Electrotechnical Commission IEC439;
2. Electrical specifications for busbar grooves
1) Rated working voltage: 1000VAC, rated insulation voltage: 1000VAC
2) Ambient temperature: -5℃ 10 ℃ 40℃
3) Relative humidity: no more than 90% (+20℃)
4) Altitude: 2000 meters
5) Rated frequency: 50Hz
6) Insulation resistance:
Interphase insulation resistance > 500M Ω;
Resistance between copper bar and housing > 500 MΩ;
3. Material requirements and performance indicators for intensive busbar grooves
1) Shell material:
In order to ensure the strength and stiffness of the busway, the busway system shell should be made of cold-rolled galvanized steel plate not less than 2mm; Have a certain resistance to mechanical impact, do not accept ordinary aluminum alloy shell;
2) Shell anti-corrosion:
The surface of the busbar shell should be treated with electrostatic powder spraying to achieve good anti-corrosion effect.
3) Conductor:
The conductor of the busbar shall be pure electrical copper bar conforming to GB5585 national standard. The conductor material of the busbar shall be copper bar with high conductivity and purity shall be ≧99.95% (the original valid certificate of purchase shall be presented). The surface of the conductor shall be treated with reliable and environmentally friendly anti-corrosion process to extend the service life of the conductor.
4) Conductor integrity:
In order to ensure the current carrying capacity and structural strength of the busbar trough, the full length of the straight conductor of the busbar should be maintained with dense and indivisible integrity, (including the plug-in unit), effective low resistance and reactance, and no bad design such as middle piercing and end section shrinkage. The busbar standard is TPNE
5) Insulation materials;
"Insulation materials should be products produced by well-known manufacturers at home and abroad;
¨ It is required that a polyester film with insulation above class B (130 ° C) be wrapped in one piece;
¨ Third party test reports of insulation materials shall be provided;
